Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and, in outline, engagement of services from SEO.COM.MY. Specific engagements are governed by the written proposal/agreement issued for that engagement, which prevails over this outline where they differ.

2. Services

We provide search engine optimization and related services as described on this website. Package scopes, deliverables and prices are stated on our pricing page and confirmed in your agreement.

3. Billing

Retainers are billed monthly in advance with a 6-month initial term, then month-to-month. Annual prepayment discounts apply as published. Fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia; no SST is charged. Third-party costs (hosting, domains, paid placements) are not included unless stated.

4. Ranking Guarantee

Where a package includes a page-1 keyword guarantee, it means: the stated number of agreed target keywords ranked on page 1 of Google Malaysia within 12 months of campaign start, failing which we continue the work at no charge until achieved. Brand-name keywords are excluded, and the guarantee requires the campaign to have remained active and unhindered (site accessible, recommendations implementable) throughout.

5. No Broader Warranty

Search engines change constantly and are outside anyone's control. Beyond the express guarantee above, we do not warrant specific rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes, and are not liable for changes caused by search engine algorithm updates or actions you take against our advice.

6. Client Responsibilities

Effective SEO requires reasonable cooperation: website access where agreed, timely approvals, and not simultaneously engaging tactics (such as bought links) that contradict the campaign.

7. Ownership

On payment, all deliverables created for you (content, optimizations and links pointing to your site) are yours. Your website, domain and accounts remain yours at all times.

8. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at the close of the current paid period after the initial term. Fees for delivered periods are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement.
